Evolutionary psychology in the digital age makes peak human performance possible and attainable for all.
I am pioneering a new kind of proactive therapy for everyone. My methodology formally tracks the five life domains: physical, cognitive, emotional, social supportive, and existential. I recommend using wearables to make these metrics concrete and easily tracked.
This treatment philosophy draws on lessons learned by the US Special Operations program, the Preservation of the Force and Family. Wearable tech allows a trained clinician to track what I am dubbing the “Mental Health Vitals.” With this knowledge, we can greatly improve your ability to cope with stress and achieve the highest quality of life in the shortest possible time frame.
